The house has a capacity of 5 beds and is equipped with bed linen and towels. Independent access directly from the garden, the interior provides a dining area with kitchen equipped with dining table with chairs, full service of dishes, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths, crockery, oven and refrigerator; conversation area with sofa. Two bedrooms, one double, and another with double bed + 1 single bed, bathroom with shower. The 2 outdoor terraces both enjoy a splendid wide view over the Gulf of Castellammare, they are equipped with dining table with garden chairs and barbecue, shaded area.

I wanted a rustic, peaceful and relaxing location for a week away with my daughter. The pictures on the website accurately reflect the character and atmosphere. The exception was the pool, which was much better than the photos. There are a total of 6 rentals on the site and the owners house. Because people were often out and about, we frequently had thus 20m long pool to ourselves. Great view over olive and fruit trees diwn to the sea. Wonderful.Our host Stefania made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed and communication prior to arrival was excellent. The bedrooms have aircon and wifi is available in the area around the accommodation. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes drive away and the property has 2 fridges and a freezer which are handy. You do need a car, ideally one with good suspension as the entry drive is pretty bumpy!Overall, the property is exactly what it looks like on the website. I would definitely consider visiting again.

Beautiful grounds. Quiet and peaceful. Gardens ripe with fruit and flora. Like waking up in a Sicilian painting. Beautiful pool and close to the beach and Terrasini.

We really enjoyed our week long stay, our accommodation was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. The pool is amazing and we really enjoyed meeting fellow travellers staying at the property. Would book again.

Pool and garden is very nice, our flat and the maintenance Level was bad. Old and sometimes broken Interior. The Pictures not telling the truths. MAJOR ISSUES: old interior, the really bad mattrasses and two of five days we had over the day some ugly smell (waste) coming with the wind.
