About this villa rental
The villa has 6 beds convertible with the use of the sofa bed to 8 and is equipped with bed linen and towels. Ideal for families or friends who want to combine the pleasure of an exclusive stay the advantage of an affordable price. The house is on two floors: the ground floor consists of a living room with sofa, wood stove, dining room and small independent kitchen with full services of dishes, cutlery, glasses, crockery, appliances (fridge, microwave, washing machine) dishwasher) and other small accessories. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the tower there is another double bedroom with the 2nd bathroom, still climbing to get to the terrace with battlements from which we see all over the Gulf.

Really nice, authentic 100 years old tower with garden and beautiful view. Some might find the nearby highway annoying (We did not), but what I really would advise the owners: a 50 years old tiny shower or gas stove or outdated dishwasher is not in line with the lease rental charges.

La maison est très originale et bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique. Un bémol, la proximité de l'autoroute et le bruit la nuit qui peut en réveiller certains. Nous avons bien profité de la région. La maison est très bien située (25 mn de Palerme et de Ségeste)
