Room and breakfast
Wifi didn´t work in 3 days.
No explanation about services that the hotel has: Gym, Lounge for having a drink with music, upper terrace for a panoramic view...
No one told us that the water in the room fridge was for free.
The fireproof emergency exit door on the first floor was not working

Great location, property and pool. Very comfortable bed and room.
A hotel of this quality should have a free towel service at the pool and servers for drinks. Otherwise, it’s a great pool with a very friendly staff.

The property seems to be quite old. The air conditioning was not appropriate as it was hot day and still the air conditioning was blowing hot air. Despite requests it was not switched to cold. The alternative recommended was open the windows and switch off the air-conditioning to have cooler air.
When you open the windows you hear all sorts of noise coming from outside, in night was worse as youngsters were talking and it was echoing a lot. You cannot close the window as it gets hot and opening won't let you sleep, this was super annoying staff didn't do anything.
Pathetic experience.
