Property location was perfect for our trip. Parking location should be explained better for future customers. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant/Bar watching the World Cup. Jose and the Team were very professional and we had a great time watching España’s victory over Austria 3-0 🇪🇸!! Let’s Go!!

If requested for stays of multiple nights, they clean the room every day. The rooms are comfortable. The city center can be reached in about a 25-minute walk, or quickly by tram or bus.

The shower in the room I stayed in was quite old compared to the room and the overall hotel. It was also quite difficult to open and close. The pool is small and, when crowded, can only be used for a quick cool-down — it’s not really suitable for swimming.

Breakfast was fantastic, such a huge and high quality buffet that even on the fifth day we kept discovering something new. Great breakfast times too. Beds extremely comfortable. Good storage opportunities and large desk. Very friendly reception staff (especially Lolo).

All minor issues, overall things were great. The bathroom could have been better equipped (our shower door didn't close, the cosmetics didn't seem very high quality or interesting, the toilet roll holder was annoying and there wasn't space for storing items).The AC wasn't very cold (but just sufficient). The windows were quite dirty from the outside. Gym could have had more equipment for weight training but was okay.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful when we asked to change rooms. We had initially thought we’d booked a different hotel, so we were a little disappointed on arrival, as this one is primarily geared towards conferences and business travellers. The location also felt less ideal for our stay, as we were hoping to be closer to the main sights and local restaurants.

Most of the windows were partially covered by a concrete slab, which made the room feel quite claustrophobic. The location was a bit out of the way, set in a university district, with limited options for restaurants and coffee shops. It also wasn’t particularly pleasant for walking or exploring.
