Food at the buffet could’ve been better but the restaurants made up for it.

Grand Park Royal exceeded all expectations. We have been to Cozumel 3 times in the past 4 years and this hotel puts all our other stays to shame!
The only sub par experience was the Italiano restaurant but everything else more than made up for this shortcoming

It was very fun and entertaining. Andy one of the guys in charge of the entertainment was awesome.

The staff was wonderful
The main swimming pool was closed. There was absolutely no notice of this. We typically spend at least half or more of the day there. It was disturbing that we were not notified of this deficiency at the time of booking. I would like at least a half refund or full credit toward a future trip for this poor oversight.
