All Staff at reception specially the man from SriLanka and luggage carrying person Iqbal were exceptional
Should be some sweets like cake and cheese pastries in the breakfast.

It’s close to the mall and staff are always awesome
The renovation quite a hassle, you have to walk all around the building just to reach the mall when this used to take minutes, the breakfast is a downgrade compared to how i usually was.

There was a major renovation in progress which included noisy jackhammers and drill from 9am to 5 pm that was not communicated to us by booking.com and the hotel management. We booked because the hotel provided a direct access to the city center and that was closed and we had to walk around the hotel in the heat and humidity to reach the shopping mall. The lobby and the main reception was a makeshift room and the hotel only had the sports bar operational for breakfast and dinner and all . Very happy that we did not stay more than the two days which we booked without knowing all these surprises . Despite all the distress we endured, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
No cold water tank. The water tank on the roof gets hot and good hotels install water chillers to provide cold water. But in our room the cold water was 40 degrees centigrade
