Great 😎

The place is clean and located not far from the beach. It is ideal for leisurely walks to admire the architecture along the streets and for taking photos. The surroundings of the accommodation are quiet yet still retain an urban atmosphere, with everything accessible on foot. Restaurants and convenience stores can be found nearby. During my stay, the weather was not too hot, so the absence of air conditioning did not affect the overall comfort.

A good hotel for a short stop

Smallish room but had all the necessities including the option to make tea or coffee. Prime location for sightseeing in Le Havre - though the city is undergoing some renovations, which made parking harder.

The hotel felt outdated, and could be cleaner, but for our short stay it mattered very little.

Hotel facilities, room and cleanliness all perfectly fine.

We parked one block away from the hotel and the next morning when we went to pick up our car we found out that it had been towed because there was a farmers market there every Sunday. The problem is that this is a recurring problem with the hotel guests as we later found out by the police. In addition, a taxi driver who drove us to the car lot who informed us that he drives customers of the hotel there literally every Sunday. This event ruined our day and we barely managed to retrieve our car before they closed for 2 days. The hotel is also aware of that and to address this it has just put a note on the reception. They could instead inform customers when they check-in not to park there. The only bright spot is the receptionist who really helped us with the problem.

It was like sleeping in what resembles nothing short of a crack den a dump you see on tv

Dirty public hairs in bed, used bedding. Sticky carpet. Room stank I had to sleep with door open

Superb

We liked the location in the city centre, so everything is very easy to reach by a short walk or public transport. The view from the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, wide choice, local specialities were very tasty. The staff was very nice. The pinball was great. The soundproofing from the outside was very good.

We only had small problems with small things. On Booking for our reservation we saw that you can check in from 16h00. When we got there, the door was closed and there was only reception from 17h00. Late at night you can enter the hotel with a code on the door, but we got the wrong code. Fortunately, someone came and let us in by calling the phone number the hotel gave us. The soundproofing between rooms is poor. We could hear talking and laughter coming through from the neighbour.

Interesting to forget to put towels in the room two night of two possible. no check in possible before 16, at the same time it seemed that the hotel was not full. Not very customer oriented simply.

Good hotel for business and short stay

Well located for people looking at the city center, close by many good restaurants, good bed & nice shower room, very quiet, well sized desk, fitness room with few equipment very welcoming staff.

Cleanliness of the bathroom at arrival (problem solved on the 2nd night without saying anything), Missed some shelves and a luggage rack, No light curtain to preserve intimacy and natural lighting No "ressources caring" policy advertised, towels changed systematically everyday

Good Experience for a Short Break!

The location is amazing, bang in the middle of town and a 15 min walk to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, complete value for the price.

Everything was great, just wish they had some parking concessions or provisions. And also the breakfast experience was vastly different on Sunday VS Monday, Monday had less options, no timely refills, I suppose due to lower volumes of people eating. But I didn't enjoy the Monday breakfast as much as Sunday!
