Nice view of the pool and the sea.
Nice and quiet location.
Good bathtub and shower.
Real bad wifi service.
Instructions for arrival not clear on how to open the front door to get the keys on reception desk.

Excelent view and big balcony. There are enough space for 5 people if you spend time on balcony. Inside is just for sleep.
Location si good, hotel is near 2 train stations where you can catch train that will drive you to center of Cannes in 5 minutes, and also near hotel is bus station if you want to fo with bus.
Pool and reastaurant are good, wc is good, there is always warm water, also in apartment there is a lot of plates and dishes. Also microwave, toaster, good cooker, fridge and dishwasher.
There are 3 beds in one room, and bunk bad in another part of the room, so there is enough space for 5 people if you want to go on a beach, tour a cities, and spend time on balcony enjoying view and drink.
Beach is 100m from hotel, you can chose where you want to swim, it is very long beach.
You need to swipe a credit card for deposit and if you lose keys or crash something, they will charge you later.
Not the cleanest one, but it depends on what you expect.

Very small rooms (only space for one night stand, not enough electricity outlet (1 in livingroom, 1 in bedroom), not enough storage space, electric sockets with wires exposed, mold in bathroom, dirty in general, the whole place in a need of serious refurbishment)
