Everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Our unit, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable with a “homely” feel; it had everything we needed for our stay. The fresh and floral aroma when we first opened the door was very welcoming. It was spacious with plenty of storage, enough seating, well lit and in a great central location. The kitchen was well equipped - all the crockery, cutlery and other items were clean and in good condition. Nice to have a full sized refrigerator to store our perishables and keep drinks cool. Efficient washing machine (with washing powder provided) although there was only a drying rack/clothes horse for the washing, no clothes dryer. An outdoor clothes line was available but only had limited pegs … lucky we brought some with us for our use! Both toilet cleaning liquid and deodorising spray were provided, so often that is not the case. Bathroom was small but quite adequate for our needs and the towels were soft and absorbent, face washers were also there (again, not often the case.) Bedrooms were plenty big enough, beds were extremely comfortable with good lamps and suitable power points along with huge wardrobe spaces. Extra pillows and blankets were readily available too. Both bedrooms had individual air conditioners which was great. Well kept garden/s out the front, well maintained out the back, even a fly screen door so fresh air could come in the back. Fly screens so windows could be opened without fear of bugs entering and a big bonus - undercover car parking! Everything is close by, just a very short drive to shops, eateries, the CBD and other services; there is a great Fish & Chip takeaway, literally, across the road. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Frequently in units they are not included during your stay but here, they are very attentive and replenish supplies as needed (toilet paper etc) as well as emptying rubbish bins daily and even making up beds! Made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The booking site stated that there was: 1. A desk - there wasn’t (not that it mattered to us, but it may to someone travelling for business reasons or study purposes.) 2. A dishwasher - there wasn’t (that was a little disappointing as that is a “luxury” we look forward to on our holidays.) 3. That there was a clothes line available to dry washing - there was but with only a couple of pegs! The basin in the bathroom, although small, is quite adequate … but … the “spout” needs to be extended a little so you can fit your hands under to wash them properly. Would have been nice to have a small tub (or similar) to place recycling in in the kitchen next to the rubbish bin … we just used a bag hung on the door! Also for the 10 cent bottles and cans.

I've booked room with spa but wasn't worth it because it charged which wasn't working waste of money I think that's wrong
