I went through Agoda booked this motel for my young boy tournament in Bendigo. I clicked twins beds for us because he needs good rest for his matches that’s why two beds are better for us in one room. But I have not clue why we only had one double bed deluxe room. My boy is 1.80m height I don’t know how he can sleep with mum in one bed. After long discussion one of senior stuff promised next day add extra bed for our room. But however it wouldn’t happen because of other mid age man.
Next morning 8:15 am there was a mid age man came to our room and very rude spoken to me “it’s no way I add extra bed for ur booking.” And I was too rush to take my boy for the early tournament. But he kept stop me talking and said “ LISTEN LISTEN LISTENS..” and said “if you unhappy you can check out don’t have to stay in motel” also he said “it’s impossible refund to you”.
This man is manager but not the owner. But the way he talking seem like he is the head boss. No one he cares.
This experience in the Elm motel was the wost one. I am not recommending this motel at all. So any hotel or motel but no ELM motel!!!!!!

This motel is sooo old and really just a pole outside each room holding up a dirty dusty canvas awning. The owner is trying to improve the situation but honestly the place neads bulldozing.
