Sehr unkomplizierte Ankunft und der Schlüssel befindet sich in einem Safe, den man mit einem Code öffnen kann. Alle Informationen bekommt man sehr unkompliziert per Whats App oder E-Mail. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und alles ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend - Geschäfte, Supermarkt, viele tolle Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle sind sehr nah gelegen und alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. In der Straße selbst ist eine Kurzparkzone aber in ca 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar gibt es sehr viele gratis Parkplätze ohne zeitliche Einschränkung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.
Die generelle Sauberkeit hat gut gepasst nur leider war die Küche sehr dreckig. Die Küche generell und aber auch die Küchenutensilien wie Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw. sodass wir zuerst alles einmal gründlich geputzt und abgewaschen haben. Dies liegt vermutlich auch daran, dass es leider keinen Geschirrspüler gibt.

Difficult to park nearby due to parking restrictions. Pool area doesn't get much sun and needs better sunbeds

Sehr große Wohnung. In der Beschreibung geht es nicht so genau hervor: 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer.
Der Pool ist ok, leider ist dort die Sonne nur vormittags.
Die Küche ist groß und mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet. Das Geschirr und die Töpfe, etc. könnten umfangreicher und etwas sauberer sein. Sauberkeit des Geschirrs liegt wahrscheinlich an der nicht vorhandenen Spülmaschine.
Die Betten sind gut, alle haben wirklich gut geschlafen.
Die Bäder sind großzügig, die Armaturen der Dusche könnten einen Austausch vertragen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig, mit einer riesigen Couch und einem großen Fernseher.
Die Lage ist gut, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Stand sind es ca. 1,5 km Berg runter. Am besten fährt man aber zu den anderen in der Nähe gelegenen Stränden (Ghajn Tuffieha).
Parken ist auch absolut kein Problem, 300 Meter entfernt an einem Kreisel und einer Grundschule.
Alles in allem eine tolle, riesige Wohnung mit guten Betten und guter Ausstattung.
Die Vermieter antworten extrem schnell und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Danke!

The size/space and location were great.
The children's play area was really useful.
(1) We couldn't use the pool!
The pool was drained the night of our arrival (apparently for maintenance) and stayed that way until we left. The owner/agent arranged for us to use a pool in another hotel at a cost that would be reimbursed on the provision of receipts. Our party consisted of mum, dad, 1 baby, 1 toddler, and pensioner grandparents. The alternative arrangement wasn't convenient at all.
(2) There was no WiFi!
We followed the instructions for the WiFi but kept getting the same error message - 'incorrect password.' I contacted the letting agent on 2 consecutive days. They eventually told us to reset the router. There were 3 routers in the property, and we tried all 3 several times, but it just wouldn''t work - we just kept getting the error message. This effectively made the TV redundant. We had specifically booked this particular property so that the 6 of us could enjoy the pool, especially seeing as the toddlers go to bed at 7pm and also so that the toddlers could watch children's TV whilst the adults where working/ cooking cleaning etc.
(3) Poor shower!
The shower head in the bath was rubbish. There was barely a trickle of water, making it absolutely impossible for one of our couples to have a shower for 8 days. They had to wash in quite a small amount of water as the bath took so long to fill, and the hot water wasn't limitless.
To be honest, there was quite a lot about this apartment that wasn't good. There wasn't any full-length hanging space in any of the wardrobes, despite there being a vast amount of wardrobes - poor layout. 2 out of the 3 bulbs in the downstairs toilet were gone so it was quite dark. There was a crack in one of the french doors in the living room, so we had to keep the babies away from that, just in case. The seat pads on the chairs on the balcony were covered in cat hairs. Maybe the owner just needed to cover them up or not leave them outside when it's unoccupied.
