    This is my 4th time staying at Hako. We booked a family room. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. However, despite giving feedbacks upon check out each time, we still do not have hand soap at the wash basin. I also feedback that I needed hand towels to dry my hair after bath, because the bath towel is too big and thick to wrap my hair. This is a necessity and provided in all hotels except Hako Hotel. We went out for breakfast and came back to the hotel at 10.20am. We requested for 1 cup noodle for my grand daughter. The staff at the reception area told us that he cannot give us the noodle because the breakfast time is over. The child just craved for the cup noodle so she didn't eat anything when we went to the cafe for breakfast. We were disappointed with the staff unfriendly gesture. We checked out of the hotel immediately. Our next trip to Mount Austin, we will stay at Austin Park. There is a big supermarket just below the hotel. Can buy different types of cup noodles there.

    Water leaking in the toilet. Too noisy for the water drop sound. The water stuck and unable flow properly.
