Non avevamo letto le recensioni inizialmente e forse e' stato un bene...ci saremmo inutilmente spaventati ....Appartamento spazioso e pulito, ben riscaldato. Eravamo in 6 quindi abbiamo beneficiato del bagno principale con vasca/doccia ed acqua calda senza problemi nonostante il numero di persone , quello di servizio ottimo per lo stesso motivo , cucina funzionale dotata di tutti i comfort . Procedura per accesso con App piu difficile da pensare che da fare, realmente necessita di pochi minuti, se si dispone di un buon smartphone. Location invidiabile 10 minuti a piedi da Alexander Platz, 30 da Under den Linden, fermate Metro e Tram in prossimita' .

Suggerirei di sostituire il numero di telefono che viene indicato nella prenotazione poiche' non attivo, genera stress ed ansia non motivati. Aggiungerei qualche arredo in piu nelle camere soprattutto se gli ospiti sono piu di 4.

Trotz einiger schlechten Bewertungen, sehr positiv überrascht. Als Gruppe zu viert war es super eingerichtet. Modernes Schloss mit App. Sauber. Gleich neben der U-Bahn. Sehr zufrieden.

Vielleicht ein wenig hellhörig, aber für die Stadt Berlin ganz okay.

Central location, clean, spacious

The entrance door gives a false impression of what you have booked. Incorrect check in details sent. No kettle! Could do with some leaflets on attractions in the flat, telly not tuned in.

Big flat, good location and fast answer from the people who rent out the place.

The apartment was extremely dirty! The floor was dirty, and there was spots on the couch (which also was a bed..). But I told the people who rent out and hope they will take it up with the cleaners.
