Staff very helpful and nice. Location was excellent and very central to everything.
Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and nice view of pier etc.
Would recommend and they they changed my room to lower floor when they noticed i had walking stick.
Overall brilliant stay :)
Nothing as it was what i expected and could not fault the Staff or hotel.

Close to town and ferry, basic but ok
Noisy staircase/creaking floors. Cannot open windows for fresh air.
