As you enter this upscale Forest Beach villa, you will be welcomed by brand new updates throughout, including new appliances, flooring, and furniture!
This villa is equipped with all the comforts of home! Upon entry, a convenient nook is located by the front door to drop your keys and beach towels. On the left, you will see the fully equipped, spacious kitchen with all new appliances, a tile backsplash and full size washer and dryer set. The dining room table features seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The adjoining living room features comfortable designer furniture with a sofa, loveseat, and accent chairs, a flatscreen TV with streaming and cable, as well as a large sliding glass door to the balcony. The spacious balcony features a large table and outdoor seating for six, perfect for dining alfresco with family or friends!
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen TV with streaming and cable, a remote work desk space, a sliding glass door to a private balcony, a large closet, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes one full bed and one bunk bed featuring twin over full beds along with a flat-screen TV with streaming and cable capabilities as well.
This unit also includes beach gear for your convenience! With a wagon, umbrella, and chairs, you'll be equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
Ocean One 320 is conveniently located just steps from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach! That means you get to enjoy easy access to the beach and walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and bars. Guests can enjoy a newly renovated community pool with both heating and cooling features available depending on the time of year!
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of towels and just about everything a kitchen could need. We had a great time, and Derek at the property management company was SO helpful at check in. Loved our stay!

The property was just as advertised. The complex was right on the beach, although this unit faced the parking lot. The accommodations were perfect. The unit came with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards! This unit is close to Coligny Plaza which has great food options, ice cream and a variety of live music nightly. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of chairs for this time of year ( March), heated pool and an extended patio with fire pits to enjoy at night while listening to the live music at the restaurant next door. Prior to arrival we tried to reach out to the property managers to see if we could extend our stay, coming in a day early, but did not hear back from them on the weekend ( that is the only reason for the 4 star ratings) When we arrived, the code did not work but the property management answered right away and had the issue resolved in minutes during the week. Sea Pines was just a few miles down the road which made for a great day of riding bikes on the beach, through the forest preserve and to check out the light house. ( You will need to pay for a pass to get into Sea Pines for the day)

Loved the location. Didn’t require our vehicle all week. Condo clean, updated, lovely!

Good location. Not as clean as we prefer. Could use either new carpet or different flooring. Porch was dirty. Super responsive staff. Had a question coming into town at night and was able to text and get a prompt response.
