This hotel is only one of many on this huge beach resort. It is modern and clean with great facilities. The staff were all super nice and helpful.
The included breakfast buffet had just about everything you could want.
We loved the Spa and our massages.
2 out of our 3 dinners at the Italian restaurant on the beach were great.
Just about everything is an extra charge. The beach chairs/umbrellas are like Italy with a significant cost for the day even though the room rates are resort high.
Likewise spending for massages at the Spa doesn’t get you a free covered bed at the pool. Yes, standard lounge chairs are free but 35Euro for the others is ridiculous.
The Sea is beautiful but bring your beach water shoes as it is a pebble beach with lots of rocks as you enter the water.
Our third dinner at the Italian restaurant served up 1 dish that wasn’t to the standard we expected and we did not get any satisfaction from our waiter, who we tipped very well the night before. Simply, the chef said he always makes it that way so, no acknowledgement or apology.

So many staff were friendly and inviting, the location was gorgeous and the hotel was very nice
The Swimming pools were all very dirty and we were advised by the pool bar staff not to swim in the pool because it was very dirty (brown scummy bits floating in the water and coating a lot of the tiles). When we asked the front desk about this, they first told us the pools were cleaned every day, then changed it to the pools aren’t cleaned in the spring then made the excuse that non of the other guests seamed to have an issue with it. That was disappointing and no efforts were made to rectify the issue.
