The beds were comfortable and the pool
area was great. Martha at Reception was very accommodating with our special requests, Lazoros and staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
There were some deficiencies in the room and no luggage racks for luggage.

The best experience was with the staff! Everyone was so kind and friendly, and always keen to help! They even helped us preparing a cake and candles as a surprise for my father's birthday!! The room was super clean and cleaned every day! AND the food portions are huge! Especially the bolognese pasta and the Caesar salad! And the Notos burger! Must try!!
I liked everything! Just the WI-Fi was not super good, but also not needed! The hotel is also far away walking from the city, and with the hear it's difficult to walk 20min in the sun. But we could take a taxi to the beach from the hotel, which was all arranged by them!

The hotel is in a beautiful spot, perfect location! Great view! We stayed at the bungalow room, as a family of 4, it was great, a lot of space for everyone and everything looked new and very clean.
If you’re looking to be in Malia, this is perfect spot, you can enjoy the city, but sleep in quite away from the noise.
The Wi-Fi inside the room was a little slow, and breakfast was a bit light.

There is a parking so if you rent a car it’s really convenient. Place is quiet and the rooms are big.
Staff wasn’t really friendly , you could feel all the time that you bother them. Breakfast was full we had to go 2 times to find some place to seat and when we finally did it was time to close the buffet so we had to hurry.
