Hotel Margarita Sierpe

Hotel Margarita was easy to find and it was super clean and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I really liked having access to the kitchen, which was well-equipped. I also appreciated the two mini-supermarkets within a short walk from the hotel. The surroundings were well-treed, including a shady park with seating and tables. The bus stop for busses to Palmar Norte and also the bus that takes the coastal route to the Tracopa Terminal in San Jose is a block from the hotel. Incidentally, there is no Tracopa office in Sierpe but tickets can be purchased from Donde Jorge in the port. This is also where tickets can be purchased for the public boat to Drake Bay and other locations on the Osa Peninsula as well as for various mangrove, snorkelling, and diving tours.

I liked everything! There was nothing to dislike!

Hotel Margarita was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were wonderful, it was very quiet, and I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. In fact, it was even better than described and I would certainly stay there again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

There are a number of small private rooms with a large common area including a full kitchen. Quite and right next to to the river. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful

Lady at the reception was lovely and helpful. Good value for money if you need to sleep over in Sierpe

There were large ants and other insects in our room. The bedrest was not connected to the end of the bad and been knocking around. The old fridge in the kitchen was really loud.
