The Phillipe greeted me with warmth and welcome very late after airline delay...My room was basic ...the lighting could have been better,... there were well placed electric outlets and a very good overhead fan The location of the hostel really is a bonus close stores restuarants and bank .Raphael was very helpful with my luggage always kind and cheerful. I felt safe there.
