Spacious holiday house in green and peaceful neighbourhood

Amazing location - house is detached but safe, with some neighbours around. There are trees and bushes which attract birds of any kind- you may experience fabulous mornings sitting on the terrace and birdwatching. Hammocks for relaxing evenings are great. We haven't used barbecue, but there is everything to enjoy it. The house is super comfortable for family of four people. Good access to all local attractions. Very kind and helpful owner , he picked us up from the petrol station to show us the way and was easily accessible.

Moldiness spoils a lot. Especially sofa smells bad. Bathrooms and bedrooms are fine, bedlinen and towels are fresh. The kitchen is well equipped but not very clean, a bit sticky - dishes and utensils need washing before use. Two small window glasses broken. Moderate Internet connection (satellite based)

Já e a segunda vez que reservo essa casa. Sr Juarez e super receptivo, e a casa e incrível, espaçosa, prox ao centro, possui tudo que precisamos. Ótimo final de semana em família.

Uma boa experiência junto a natureza!

A localização da Casa é excelente, muito próximo do Centro de Penedo, o custo beneficio vale a pena. Com o mapa do google é muito facil de achar o local. A referencia mais facil é o Sitio Cantinho de Penedo que fica no inicio da rua que acesso a casa. A casa possui acomodação simples, a internet funciona e o local é agradável para pessoas que não são muito exigentes.

A casa não tem muita manutenção, tem muitas teias de aranhas e precisa de uma limpeza.

Excelente casa para relaxar, porém...

Estrutura da casa e sua localização é perfeita para relaxar, contemplar a natureza e o silêncio. Perto da cidade cerca de 4KM e apenas 900mts de estrada de terra que estava em boas condições de tráfego.

Limpeza da casa deixa muito a desejar e necessidade de algumas manutenções persistem pois já tinha visto em outras avaliações, tivemos um problema elétrico na casa e não tivemos ninguém para tentar resolver, convivemos com o problema até o check out.

Anfitrião.

Não vimos sobre a dificuldade de acessibilidade para a acomodação. Sugerimos explicitar melhor pois o acesso para idoso se tornou bem desafiador. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar... Roupas de cama limpas mas a limpeza casa não nos agradou. Muita poeira. Pessoas alérgicas não aconselhamos.

Casa boa num ambiente bucólico e próximo ao centro de Penedo. Para quem busca relaxar é perfeito! O dono da casa é muito simpático e sempre disposto a tornar a estadia o mais perfeita possível. Voltaria a casa numa próxima ida a Penedo.

Os banheiros tinham um cheiro desagradável.
