About this house rental
YOU WILL LOVE OUR HOUSE!!
Large Beach House sleeps a maximum of 10, two rows from the ocean, less than 200 feet to the beach with limited ocean views! Feel the ocean breeze and hear the surf from the wrap around deck! Located in the private, gated community of Oceanside Village which is on the border between Garden City and Surfside Beach, South Carolina.
Our pier home located in a gated resort, Oceanside Village, is 7 miles south of the Pavilion, the heart of Myrtle Beach, and 3 miles north of Murrell's Inlet, where the best seafood can be found. Only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, just steps from the beach, minutes from golf courses, and just down the street from Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north! There is private beach front parking for guests in our community that choose to drive the car or golf cart to the beach. There are beachside rest rooms for the residents and guests staying in Oceanside Village.
The house features four bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Outside is a large beautiful wrap around deck, feel the ocean breeze in your hair. A very short walk from the house is a private neighborhood gated beach with ample parking. Golf Cart rentals are also available within the Oceanside Village Community.

Our home includes high speed internet service, a washer and dryer, and dishwasher.
We do not provide any linens such as sheets or towels nor paper products.
You can relax on the wrap around deck with plenty of outdoor furniture. Under the carport, there is an outside shower.
Also within our gated community are one indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and a 'mini' water park for the kids which is sure to be a memory-maker! There is a 16 person whirlpool installed by the Hickory Grove pool! An activities center, tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits and bocce ball are also available onsite.
You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional fee by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at Tupelo Bay course which is just 4 minute ride or 15 minute walk away across the street from the main gate which also offers nightly Glow Golf.
Minimum age to rent and drive golf cart is 25.

Our family of 10 (me and my husband, plus our 8 kids ranging in age 20-2) found this place to be nearly perfect. The house itself was nicely decorated, kitchen was a good size for cooking meals, the location was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The only thing I would nitpick is the mattress in the smallest room (where my husband and I slept) was a little saggy, but it was tolerable. Kids loved the rides around the Oceanside community in the golf cart. When we got tired of the beach we really enjoyed the community's amenities. It was just far enough away from Myrtle Beach that I could pretend I was in OBX. I'm grateful we found this house and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Neat and beachy. Close to the beach which was nice. My only drawback was no bathtub- had a 9 month old and really not a good place to bathe him

The house was very nice and in the perfect location. We could see the ocean from the outside deck and take a very short walk to the beach. The golf cart was a bonus.

Upon checking in there were a few minor issues we resolved ourselves. While the location is the highlight of the house, it is not advertised as a renovated/elevated trailer. We had a morning of no water, due to park repairs, yet was up and running in an hour or so. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute drive to inlet for string of restaurant. Fine for a no-frills quick beach trip.
