About this house rental

Our beach house is on the Surfside Beach/ Garden City Beach in Oceanside Village. The beach is just100 yards from the house. We have a larger lot on the closest street to the Beach in the village just across Ocean Boulevard, and has a safe, family friendly atmosphere. The Conch Cafe, ocean front restaurant located 350 Yards down the street. We have: 4 Bedroom/3 Full Baths, 2 HD TV's up high speed Internet, brand new kitchen, large living room, dining area, and laundry room,. Outdoor shower, with Hot/Cold water A large partially coveredporch with table/ chairs/ recliners and a gas grill, There are indoor, kiddy and outdoor pools, tennis/basketball/ courts, fish ponds, and a recreation center. There is a sit on top kayak, beach chairs, bicycles and more too.

The porch was large, partially covered, and freshly stained, The kitchen had everything we needed from hand soap, laundry and dishwashing soap, to mixer, dishware for 12 with palm tree motif and much more. All the TVs were flat screen, the grill was new,, we rented a 2nd golf cart from Ed and it had newer everything and was faster than most. Both carts had sheds to keep them dry and there were beach chairs, bikes boogie boards and toys. We are planning to return again in August as we love this house!
