The house is finely furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable holiday. It is ideal for families with more children, has 5 beds and consists of two bedrooms (one double and one triple with a bunk bed and one single, particularly suitable for boys and children) a bathroom, living / dining room, equipped kitchenette dishwasher and washing machine, equipped veranda with private garden, garden with large built-in barbecue and outdoor shower.
Among the various accessories is also available the air conditioning system (optional) that can be activated on request with the payment of a weekly extra.
The residential / hotel complex in which the house is located is at the gates of the village of Stintino (which is about 5 km) in Punta de Su Torrione, inside the Country Village, a prestigious residential / hotel complex, completely immersed in the nature of the typical Mediterranean Scrub vegetation. In the hotel sector, located in the upper side of the village about 500 meters from the house, various services are available for guests: supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, doctor, and evening entertainment. The Country Village area is bathed by the sea on two fronts: from the "inland sea" of the shoreline of beaches to the northeast and from the "outside sea" that laps the cliffs of the west coast.
From the village the beaches can be reached by a shuttle service or in a few minutes by car, while the nearest ones, in front of the village, can also be reached by walking for about twenty minutes or by bike: these are the beaches of Le Saline and La Pazzona. The most popular beach, but also the most busy too, is the Pelosa and it is about 10 minutes by car. On the western side, on the other hand, it is possible to find small inlets between the rocks, which can be reached with a few minutes of walking and the most comfortable from the village is “Coscia di Donna”
The center of Stintino is approx. 5 km, where you can find all the other services and marinas, from where the ferries depart for visits to the Asinara Island. Animals are welcome, trusting in the education of the owners, respecting the house / garden and the guests that will follow!
Around Stintino there are several places and beaches to visit, including the island of Asinara, a former prison island in the past and today Natural Park and marine protected area. I will be pleased, on the spot, to give directions to reach the aforementioned places of cultural touristic interest and the various beaches.
