About this cottage rental
The ground floor opens to the living room which contains an extensive record collection and TV with Chromecast.
Also on the ground floor is the piano room, which leads through to the fully equipped kitchen and gives access to the private cottage garden.
Follow the stairs up and you will find two double bedrooms both beds have fantastic memory foam mattresses with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy pillows.
Just next door to the bedrooms is the writing room. A room with a small desk, a small library of classic and contemporary literature, and a big armchair for those times you need to wait for a little inspiration. Look inside the bureau and you’ll find boardgames to keep the gang occupied on lazy days.
The bathroom, which is located downstairs, has a separate shower and bath, great for a long soak after a day walking or at the beach. There are natural, vegan toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) which are each scented with essential oils only.
Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival.
All of our properties are self-check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.
The Cottage is set in the middle of Alexandra park, a very unique location. Hastings town centre is about a 15min walk away and leads onto the Old town where you will find an array of boutique shops, bars and cafes.
Hastings train station is approximately a 15 minute walk from the property.
There is free on street parking on St Helens road, a couple minutes walk away.

This was a very lovey place for a stay vacation cottage was very clean and well equip with everything we needs even tennis rackets

We spent 2 nights here. Clear instructions from the owner regarding location and access. Good location within the park- no problem with parking and a very short walk to the house. The house especially the kitchen is very well equipped and there are lots of thoughtful touches like books and games. Beds were comfortable and the music system and vinyl were a real bonus. The bathroom is on the ground floor which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some. We are a family of 3 which includes our teenage daughter and there was ample space for us. Alexandra Park is beautiful. We did walk into town and home but it is about 35 mins walk to the pier. No problems driving to the Old Town and St Leonard’s. There is a Morrison’s fairly close by for supplies. Overall an interesting and comfortable place to stay for a couple of days.
