Het appartement is zéér ruim. Als je de bank een bedbank maakt zou het zelfs 6 persoons kunnen zijn. Nu heb je met 4 personen heel veel ruimte. Het geheel is pas sinds kort in de verhuur. Alles is nieuw. De strijkplan zit nog in de verpakking. Verder heb je aan de voorzijde prachtig uitzicht op de boulevard en zee. Jammer is dat dit de 3e verdieping is met de "kleinste" ramen. Dat maakt ventileren wat lastig. Appartement 7 en 9 zitten op de hogere verdieping en hebben een balkon/terras. Aan de voorzijde loopt de doorgaande weg, dus in die slaapkamer heb je oordopjes nog. De slaapkamer aan de achterzijde is super rustig. Je bereikt de 3e verdieping via een moderne lift en beneden is er een binnenplaats waar je bv de fietsen kunt neerzetten. Kortom, ruimte en comfort
Eigenlijk niets. Parkeren in de buurt is een klein dingetje, maar in de parkeergarage 300 meter verderop kun je de auto prima kwijt.
