The location very close to Coligny and the restaurants and shops.
There was no clear instructions regarding use of the bikes and the pool. I was told there were no bikes with the property, but there were two bikes on the property. The management company knew nothing about using the pool.

Good location and new mattress in master bedroom.
Washing machine broken and information for codes to bikes and beach lockers I had to call for

Quite, safe, family environment.
I needed handicap accessibility for my son. I asked in an email before the trip. Was told I would be accommodated. Not so....bathroom entry was too small for him. He had to crawl in and out. I informed them and was told no facility on the grounds were accessible. I was also upset that I wasn't given a map of the grounds. We had no idea the beach was so close on the grounds until several days after arrival. Nor did we know what other activities they offered.
