We were in town for a dance competition at the Straz Center and the location could not be more perfect. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown and close to Hyde Park. Parking in the driveway was convenient and safe. The townhouse was decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. Lori was a wonderful host and responded quickly and courteously when I reached out. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Tampa.

OH MY GOSHHH! If you are looking for a place to stay that is convenient, secure, and spacious then look no further cause this is the STAYCATION YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!!! This cute townhome was giving exactly what it was suppose to give!! You won’t be disappointed with your stay. This home had so much to offer . I’m ready to go back!!

We rented this VRBO to visit with our son who is a student at USF. The location was great and a very spacious unit. Only a short drive or walk to many of Tampas restaurant and attractions. Lori was responsive once we arrived and had questions (like no coffee maker, WiFi password, electrical trip for bathroom switch etc). The downstairs living room and kitchen were nice. Once we got upstairs it was difficult to tell if the property was in desperate need of repair or amidst a renovation. There were missing smoke detectors (wires dangling from the ceiling both upstairs and downstairs/ safety concern), open electrical outlets and light switches (no face plate also a safety concern), various other areas that needed attention. There is no closet access in the master bedroom or any means to hang up clothing (no hooks etc). I considered hanging my clothes in the guest bedroom but those sliding mirrored doors were off track and nearly falling so we decided not to touch them. The bathroom towels that were left out were heavily stained and dingy. Overall I didn’t feel the unit was extra clean, especially the bathroom. I think the unit has a lot of potential to be luxurious, but I do not think in its current state that is a reasonable description of the property. It’s to each person perspective and what you are looking for in your rental. I think I was just expecting something different based on the description in the posting.
