You already have beach chairs (5 chairs), 1 umbrella and 1 cooler to take the drinks to the beach, if you want.
The house is close to the restaurant Max Paladar, City Hall, Mercado do Frade, Posto BR, etc. Great location, 2 blocks from the main avenue of the island.
The house has thermal insulation and the street is paved with hexagonal and flat, in addition to being well lit at night.
The house is complete and well located.
