Everything was as described in the advertisement and we would definitely consider staying there again. Yuriy was an excellent host and very clear in his communications. Great place for our family gathering!

This property was amazing! 13 friends and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate new years and it was everything we could have asked for. The house was clean and looked exactly as it was listed. Yuriy was very responsive both before book, during check in, and as we were staying. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Yuriy has a beautifully large house with so many activities nearby, particularly the lake. We loved the free use of the bikes and kayaks. There was even wonderful supplies to spend some time on the beach by the lake like chairs, sand castle tools, and floaties for a child. We loved the care Yuriy put into the house and his guests, there were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, pillows, sheets, coffee, firewood, games, and supplies for a barbecue. We would definitely love to stay again!
The reclining couches were extremely comfortable and great to have our entire group sit in the living room. We could also fit all 14 of us around the dining table thanks to the added seating from a bench Yuriy keeps under the dining table.
One note, the grey couch was not a pullout couch, but it didnt matter since it was still soft and comfortable for sleeping one. The black futon was also very comfortable.
Thank you Yuriy for these unforgettable memories in your lovely house. I appreciated your quick responses to all our questions and your flexibility for check-in and check-out hours. I hope we get another chance to stay in your lovely home.

Great location close to casino, entertainment, outlets, etc. Yuriy is a great host, very clean and spacious house. Felt like our home away from home, we would definitely use again. The massage chair was amazing, and so many things were provided to make our stay comfortable(washer/dryer/towels/toothbrushes/games)Thank you!
