hygiëne sanitair, schoon en comfortabel hutje, prima bed, gezellig ingerichte grote gemeenschappelijk keuken (koffie en thee inclusief bij de huisjes), Vertrouwen in de gasten (zelf je biertje pakken en afrekenen)
Tuinhuisjes staan opgesteld in een botenloods. dus nauwelijks daglicht. Geen plek om veilig te zwemmen in het Lauwersmeer, terwijl er wel steigers zijn en heerlijk water, maar dus nergens een zwemtrap of iets dergelijks. Betaalgemak van de self-service zou groter zijn als er ook een QR code om digitaal te betalen zou zijn.
