The owner is very friendly and helpful. They helped with my laundry. The airport bus can get to the accommodation. The location is close to a metro station, a bus station and attractions. The balcony offers a good view.
The only thing is the towels provided had a smell of cigarette.

It’s a very copy space, the area is quiet and neighbors are polite.
There wasn’t any kind of sign of the guest house. It really looks like a normal door of a residential building. I had to get help to find the place.

Quiet neighborhood, relatively new building. And a good view of some city sights from the roof top balcony. On the last morning, the water went out, I was told this happens in the city sometime, luckily it came back before I had to leave. They did give some drinking water
The shower drain is slow to drain, you have 1 inch of water when taking a shower. The wifi doesn't work at 2nd level, at first level it works with a different wifi. I repeatly brought the issue up to the guy who is managing the place, but it never got resolved even though he promised. I brought a local sim card with unlimited data, so it wasn't a big issue for me, but still...
