We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Garden House during our trip to Georgia. My wife and I were very happy with our experience, especially because of the excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and convenient location.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They assisted us with everything we needed during our stay. The team can communicate in English and Russian (Ukrainian), which made things very easy. The 24-hour help desk was also a great advantage.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It included a mini fridge, a safe/storage facility for valuables, and a clean bathroom. One thing to note for international travelers is that, like many places in Georgia, the bathroom does not have a bidet shower. This is common throughout the country, so it is something to be aware of when visiting.
The hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great option for travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, especially because it is close to many tour pickup points. There are also grocery shops nearby, which makes buying daily essentials very easy.
One of the best services we experienced was that the hotel allowed us to leave our bags after check-out and continue sightseeing until our flight time. This was extremely helpful and made our last day much more comfortable.
The room also had a TV, although most channels were in Russian. This was not a problem for us since we spent most of our time exploring Georgia.
Overall, Hotel Garden House provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of friendly staff, clean facilities, good location, and excellent hospitality made our Georgia trip even better. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay with great service.
