Its location with easy access to the city and Mugello where the MotoGP was being held. Overnight street parking was free and not too expensive during the day. A well stocked supermarket is only 3 streets away and a very good local restaurant about 5 minutes away.

Lovely staff, super flexible. Nice appartment, kinda funny decor, good location out of the city centre but fine to take the bus to.
On the other hand kitchen was very badly equipped, no filters for the coffee machine, stovetop coffee makers didn't seem to work. No basic essentials that you would expect from an apartment that wasn't super cheap eg olive oil, salt, coffee etc. Also the bathroom door sticks so watch out! But a nice enough stay nonetheless.
