Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. - Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0501.

The grounds of the complex are great. Lots of grassy areas for the fur baby. Pool and hot tubs were clean and the perfect temperature. We did have problems with the plumbing, hopefully the owner will consider new faucets, especially in the master.

The property is great and easy access to everything including the beach. The only issue was hair on the shower drains was cleaned everything else was decent, we will definitely stay there again.

The oven was broken and was not fixed or replaced. I wanted to bake potatoes the first night and couldn't. I wanted to bake fish and couldn't. I wanted to make an anniversary cake and couldn't.
The blind in the living room was broken and not fixed. Before my stay, I contacted the owner to inquire if the blind would be fixed and never received an answer. The result was the view was cut in half. The outside dirty rugs were left on the luggage rack in the master closet. I paid premium for a fully functional kitchen which I didn't get.
