We've booked this apartment for six weeks.The size and layout of the flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, a large living room with a great kitchenette, and good amenities, made our stay pleasant.The old-fashioned vacuum cleaner which broke down was immediately changed by our contact person, Kate Sutcliffe-Blackhall from Wiseberry.She delivered a new one to our apartment within two days. Kate is generally very courteous and helpful.In any case, the building's location is ideal and central. The Hastings River promenade, the boardwalk, the shops, the restaurants, and Town Beach are all within easy walking distance.

Had trouble finding access to our condo. Rental company didn't/couldn't tell us there were two elevators. Parking garage access was too steep for our rental car (Toyota Camry) front bumper came off when trying to access garage ended up parking on the street. Bedroom on the right side had dirty carpet. Experienced sewer gas smell from the floor drains had to add water. Pillows provided were a joke should have been left on the airplane. Picked this condo because of the pictures on the internet. I have back problems and the living room picture showed a recliner next to the sofa. The actual living area had a different sofa and the recliner was in a bedroom. Pictures of the unit online need to be updated. Trouble starting oven and couldn't find any documentation.

This is a well appointed apartment in a very convenient location. Emerald downs is a very good, reasonably priced golf-course. Some great walks in the area.
