Nobby's 9 is the perfect accommodation for a long term stay in Port Macquarie. It is across the road from the beach and the km of beaches/paths along the Coastal Trail. The unit is close to downtown, the PMQ Golf Club, walkable to coffee shops. Each unit has their own private single car garage. We enjoyed using the 3 separate balcony's within the unit, and watched countless dolphins swimming by. This unit is on the top floor of a very quiet 3 story walk up.

Beach view was Fantastic. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the whales and dolphins. Road noise was bad.

Surprised with size of apartment. Plenty of room including bedrooms. Beds were comfortable(queen&double) Recent reno of bathroom area modernised it. Very comfortable and the view was impressive. Lockable garage was nice. Value was ok when compared with nearby park cabins. The stairs were a negative with carrying our gear(4 months of travelling) up and down the stairs. I am 70 though. Quiet at night. busy traffic during day. yapping dogs next door was annoying. Key collecting easy. For the sake of complex apartment owners maybe later checkout if leaving on a Sunday.

NEXT DOOR PORPERTY DOGS BARK ALL DAY AND NIGHT ABSOLUTELY RUINED OUR HOLIDAY AND BED IN SECOND VERY HARD CHEAP MATTRESS ON WOODEN SLATS. OVERALL NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
