Top Lage, Wohnung und Außenanlage benötigt mehr Liebe

- nette Vermieterin die telefonisch immer gut erreichbar war - super Lage - mit Liebe dekoriert

- überall Staub, dreckige Ecken und Fenster - Stockflecken im Bad - Dusche sehr verkalkt und Duschkopf kein Wasserdruck - dreckige Tapete - zu wenig Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6 Personen - Außenanlage sehr ungepflegt und nicht ansprechend - unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung - Das Ausziehbett eine Katastrophe da defekt - Wohnungstür nur mit viel Kraft zu schließen - mehrfach auf Geld für Kurtaxe hingewiesen worden, jedoch muss man nach den Karten mehrmals fragen - gegenüber ist ein Lokal die direkt ins Wohnzimmer schauen können ( keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten?!) - keine Spiele wie angegeben, vorhanden Preis Leistung passt nicht

Ausbaufähig. Gutes Potential, welches leider sehr lieblos behandelt wird. Für jemanden mit Allergie (Hausstaub etc.) ode

Die Größe der Unterkunft war gut. Auch die Lage bzw. Nähe zum Einkaufsladen und Strand waren super und gut mit Auto bzw. Zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Sauberkeit. Es lag eine schmutzige Gabel vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Auch das Sofa war in den Ritzen derart verschmutzt, dass uns die Krümel beim Hinsetzen entgegen kamen. Die ganze Wohnung roch nach kaltem Rauch. Für zwei Nächten haben wir das geduldet- aber zum Wohlfühlen oder längeren Aufenthalten bei schlechtem Wetter nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Lage war super

Es ist alles schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und wirklich sauber war es leider auch nicht! Auch war es im Haus wirklich sehr kalt - Heizmöglichkeit gab es leider nicht. Wir haben im Juli mit Pulli geschlafen…. Die Gästekarte haben wir erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalten. Antworten kamen eher sporadisch. Bei der Bezahlung ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen. Meine Bitte zur Rückzahlung wird nicht nachgekommen und meine Nachrichten werden ignoriert!

Leider nie wieder !!!

Leider nie wieder – keine Rechnung nach fast 2 Monaten!! Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Stöckel im April 2025 war zwar in Ordnung, aber der Service danach ist absolut enttäuschend. Seit dem 9. April versuchen wir, eine Rechnung für unseren Aufenthalt zu erhalten – bisher ohne Erfolg. Wir haben mehrfach angerufen, aber entweder geht niemand ans Telefon, oder man wird von einer unfreundlichen Dame vertröstet mit dem Hinweis, dass die Rechnung „bald kommt“. Das ist leider nur leeres Gerede. Für geschäftliche Reisende oder alle, die auf eine ordnungsgemäße Abrechnung angewiesen sind, ist diese Unterkunft daher nicht zu empfehlen Auch über Booking.com haben wir versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen – ohne Rückmeldung. Heute ist fast zwei Monate nach unserer Abreise vergangen, und wir haben immer noch keine Rechnung.

Wir hatten einen sonnigen Urlaubstag am Strand

Die Betten waren ok. Der Weg zum Strand war gut.

Auf der Terrasse lag noch das ganze Herbstlaub (Mai). Die Außenanlagen sowie die Terrasse waren insgesamt sehr ungepflegt. Die Übergardinen im Wohnraum (zur Straßenseite) konnten nicht richtig zugezogen werden. Es fehlte an jeder Seite etwas, so dass man von der Straßenseite immer in die Wohnung schauen konnte. Dies hat uns sehr gestört. Die Kurkarten sollten wir per Mail erhalten, was aber nicht passiert ist. Das Bad war sehr primitiv gehalten. Die Ausstattung mit Gläsern war sehr überschaubar (4 Wassergläser und 1 Sektglas).

War ok, könnte aber besser sein.

Die Lage ist klasse , nicht weit zum Strand, Die Wohnung ist schön groß und gut geschnitten. Man hat eine kleine Terrasse und noch viel Platz auf dem angrenzenden Rasen , für Kinder super geeignet , weil es auch eingezäunt ist.

Die Heizung reicht nicht aus, es wird nicht warm. Im Winter also absolut nicht zu empfehlen.Die Vermieterin ist am Telefon sehr nett , persönlich haben wir sie nicht kennen gelernt. Sie kümmert sich erst nach Aufforderung.Leider.
