The views were great,comfortable room and very easy to find

The whole checking in process of going to a different location to get the key

didnt like the cabinet infront of a painting. No salt and pepper (basics)

Good location with great view, apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed

It was hard to find car park spot, had to pick up key from different location and drop it off somewhere else (overall felt like I was playing an escape room just to get to the apartment). Asked owner in advance if it’s possible to get late check out, they responded that it depends on the availability for next day which I completely understand but then I asked again before check in and during the stay if late check out was available and I was completely ignored and was sent other coordinating messages instead. We didn’t end up getting a stay check out which was disappointing ( I would understand if they had guest but they completely ignored our questions- multiple times). Overall it wasn’t the cleanest, there was questionable stains on our doona which means they don’t wash the covers between guests

Great Location, across from the beach and within walking distance to tram, shops and restaurants.

The living room not having a coverings on the sliding doors. When the sun rose it made the living room very bright and very hot. No coffee machine in the kitchen, would have been nice if there was one instead of instant coffee.
