A localização é excelente, cerca de 200 m da praia , quartos espaçosos , limpeza perfeita . Na cozinha você encontra todos os utensílios necessários , a lava e seca ajudou muito pois estávamos em uma viagem longa por outros lugares também .
O apartamento em si é excelente, porém o prédio onde ele está localizado é bem antigo e sofre com deterioração na parte interna (fotos) . Um ponto de atenção seria o chuveiro que precisa de uma manutenção , fora isso recomendaria sem problemas
