It has a great location Ideal for 1 or 2 adults Close to many restaurants and grocery stores It was clean, comfy , and with everything you need for a few days at the beach The balcony is very small but you have a nice partial view of the ocean from this 11th floor studio Not direct beach access but a short walk away
It will not deter me from renting again but a small full size fridge would be nice (the one in the Apt is midsize mini fridge of hotels so there no possibility for ice making. A toaster or toaster oven and a small blender would be appreciated.

Very cheap and cheerful place. Very budget friendly. The bed was a bit soft if you don't mind that. Nice location and very good pool! The owner was very nice and helpful.

The apartment look updated & run down. The mattress needs to be replaced.
