The property was clean, including the ceiling fans. The host was great. The parking is free for residents and visitors. The property is actually next to ESJ Towers and steps away from the fancy El San Juan Hotel and the also fancy Royal Sonesta. Close to convenience stores and pharmacies. A little bit of a walk to a wonderful beach. Be ready for lots of walking in and out of the beautiful ocean. It is a good sized beach so there is lots of room to walk. Uber is reliable. The studio is smartly decorated and put together so it feels like you are in an apartment. No mosquitoes in the balcony nor anywhere else. We didn’t lose power during my stay, but it is probably because the apartment is so close to two very important hotels. I loved the liberty to go anywhere I wanted. I could even walk to the hair salon. My dream was to stay in the vibrant Isla Verde Avenue and my dream came true without spending a fortune. Go to the lechonera and eat quesitos and coffee at Gelatto. This is all you need for a nice stay in Puerto Rico and buy field trips to the different landmarks. Bring eye masks so you can sleep in the dark. Bring sound blocking headphones. Take Uber to travel in the metro area. If you are a beach person, everything you need is right here. Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations—the space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home.The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully put together to ensure a great experience. We especially appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everything felt, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything around us while still having a peaceful place to come back to and unwind.We truly had an amazing time and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. We would definitely come back again!

Location was great, the host was very helpful with all my questions and recommendations requests, all the time. Pools is a plus and it s very close to the beach too! If you need the basics for a stay in Puerto Rico I recommend this apartment for sure!
