Schöne, saubere, nett eingerichtete und gemütliche FeWo mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Sonnenschutzmarkise und Bepflanzung neben dem PKW Abstellplatz. Zusätzlicher abschließbarer Abstellraum für Fahrräder mit Stromanschluss zum Laden für E-Bike Accus. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hafen und Zentrum.
Leider nicht zu ändern ist die schmale Einfahrt zum PKW Abstellplatz. Vorwärts rein, rückwärts wieder raus, aber machbar. Auch mit Fahrradträger.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Ortskern, aber sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung, besonders die Küche, ist super ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
