About this apartment rental
The new, modernly furnished, and light-filled upstairs apartment “Friesenlounge” (completed in June 2020) is located near the Greetsiel Twin Mills and is only about a 5-minute walk from the town center.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 on the first floor and 1 in the attic studio), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an electric towel warmer, a window, and a hair dryer. With the exception of the tiled bathroom, all rooms are equipped with wood-look vinyl flooring.
The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The second bedroom in the attic studio has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. A curtain is installed in the attic studio to darken the unique porthole window. This gives the bedroom a cozy cabin-like feel. A coat rack for hanging a few items of clothing is mounted on the wall.
In the cozy living area, you’ll find a Friesian-style sofa with an armchair, a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a radio, as well as a dining table with four modern chairs. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, refrigerator (without a freezer compartment), and a dishwasher for your stay.
A washer-dryer and an iron are available for your use.
The apartment also has fly screens.
The balcony is furnished with a table, four chairs (including cushions), and a parasol.
The storage shed directly in front of the apartment offers space for your bicycles. A parking space is available in front of the apartment complex.
