Large condo for people to spread out Great layout for privacy with separate bedrooms Pool area and hot tub Sunsets Balcony Hilton was nice for walks Close to everything

AC does not cool enough Water needs to be hotter for showers Twin beds have very poor quality mattresses Second bathroom shower needs work, water goes wrong direction Kitchen needs organized and junk thrown out Food pantry needs emptied so we can store groceries

Well equipped, spacious and nice environment You could tell this was a privately owned property. Things like spices, kitchen-ware, beach-ware was on a level it never would have been in a commercial rental facility. The whole flat was spacious. Large veranda i two secions. Large livingrom and bedroms. Master bedroom with double showers and basins. Nice. The Shores of Waikoloa environment felt luxurious and very well maintained. lined with gated communities for safety and privacy. We never used the pool but it was a very nice wiew in the park area beside our terrace.

Personal Service was not good. When having trouble with the door lock it was extremely difficult to get personal assistance. It took 2,5 hours for a maintinance guy to show up even if customer service promisted him to be there within five minutes. I called customer service 3-4 times, and ended up with a representative every time making the trouble ticket all over again. Very poor service!!
