Amazing view, friendly village, and great value to explore the area

the environment so cozy and beautiful

The property is 8 km out of Montalcino, and it’s a beautifully remodeled small building which is excellent for two couples, on the ground floor you will find the bathroom and the entrance hall on the second floor is a large queen bedroom very tastefully and nice remodeled with a galley kitchen and on the third floor is the second bedroom, The views and Second floor balcony are exceptional and beautiful, parking is possible in the city and is free, The communication with Francis was easy.

The rental property was not located in Montalcino but 8 km out in a quaint very nice little hill town, the town itself was very beautiful but had no shops, no coffee shops. We booked through bookings.com and this property was shown as being located in Montalcino which was not the case. Because the first and second bedroom we’re on the second and third floor you had to go down at night all the way to the ground floor do use the bathroom. There was no breakfast included in the price or available in the city. You had to go back to a Montalcino for breakfast or bring your own food supplies.

The house is amazing! Well located, charming, with great views and very clean! Francesco did the check in with us! Everything was perfect!

Pillows were not that comfy, but this was really minor compared to how wonderful it was!
