Самый жирный плюс это место расположения, были проездом в Костанае, очень красивая набережная

Ну я часто раньше останавливался.
В этот раз что то все не очень. Окна грязные, бачок унитаза не работает исправно. Завтрак ланч бокс очень даже так себе. Лучше бы его и не было. Короче в целом качество упало. Больше останавливаться точно не хочу.

Palazzo өте ұнады. Қонақ үй таза, жайлы, қызметкерлері сыпайы. Орналасуы ыңғайлы, қызмет көрсету деңгейі жоғары. Міндетті түрде тағы келеміз!

Месторасположение, красивый вид на реку
Бронировала кровать kingsize, по факту соединили две кровати, а это очень не удобно когда по середине дыра в кровати, также белье и мебель уже под уставшие - вместо белого, серого цвета белье и мебель обшарпанна. На замечание о замене кровати, мне ответили, что у них все кровати так соединяются, тогда зачем предлагать?! Очень поздновато завтраки подают с 8.00 до 10.00, и еще при этом задерживают подачу всех блюд. Попросила принести утюг, принесли ужасно грязный утюг, брезгуешь его в руки брать, не то что свои чистые вещи гладить, попросила его обратно забрать!
