Bad experience in cold days due to location hazards
Room was ok but not so good. Toiletries were not given
Location was so bad. Reception is one side and my room is another side of the city. Walking distance 16 min which is tiring for us. Don’t recommend.

The location was great, the staff was helpful. Even though my booking did not have breakfast included, the staff told us we can have breakfast for free which was even more unexpected and great. Definitely i would recommend.

Unbelievable location with much to offer
The location is utterly stunning and the staff were genuinely attentive and accommodating
We were allocated a room on the second floor of Dormio Gasthof, which apparently was booked through Booking.com. We had no idea. No lift. I’m 70 my wife 61 with medical issues. It was too problematic to haul our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Plus the accommodation was located the other end of Obertraun a long way from the resort. On telling the staff of our issues we were relocated to a ground floor studio on site at no extra charge. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Obertraun is beautfiul
We really enjoyed our stay in Obertraun. A beautiful village, with the resort right at the lake. We had booked for the Hoellenwirt, a short walk from the resort. We were upgraded to a room in the resort and we spend a lovely night there. Thank you!

Terrible
Only cleanliness and room space acceptable. Utensils, dishes, pot, kettle, microwave, stove and dishwasher were ready.
It was a 2 rooms unit with sitting room and kitchen. A shower cabinet in the master bedroom where the drain was totally blocked. The ceiling light didn't work. A bathroom contained a big bathtub and a toilet bowl which was the only one in the unit. The bathtub no water supply. The bathroom door lock not working couldn't lock the door.
