very comfortable experience. The apartment is located in a charming small village, just about a 7-minute walk to the ski lift, thanks to convenient stairs. It has three lovely bedrooms, a private parking space, and is fully modern. The living room and kitchen are both well-equipped, and the space is cozy—especially the couch! The upper floor offers extra privacy and a lovely terrace with amazing views. While the check-in is at a separate hotel, the staff—especially Anaïs—was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only downsides were that check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 10 AM—it would be nicer if those times were a bit more flexible. Still, with its stylish renovation, comfort, and charm, we highly recommend this place for a stay!

The apartment was lovely and very nicely laid out, it looked almost new, there was plenty of space for the 5 of us and very comfortable.

location to the ski lifts was a lot further than we were expecting, even though there are escalators and lifts in the village to get up and down it was still quite a treck with skis & poles although there is a regular Navette service which dropped us off nearby.

New apartment, nicely furnished, shame that the second bedroom with bunk beds does not have any windows. Unfortunately, the heating system is set on 17.5c in the bedroom and 19c in the living room so the place is freezing! You can boost it manually a degree or two but it quickly resets to default settings. The beautiful fireplace you are not allowed to use! Located on top of the village, the furthest you can be from the gondola.

Nobody contacted us prior to the arrival. We sent messages the day before and on the date of the arrival but got no reply whatsoever. After arriving at the resort late afternoon, there was still no contact established so we tried calling the listed number but no one was answering. We contacted booking.com support and they tried reaching them but with no success. Booking.com were great and they undertook to reallocate us but after an hour later the company receptionist called us and instructed us to come to the reception in another apartment complex, where we were finally given the keys and shown where our apartment is. It turned out to be different than it was on google maps. Pretty frustrating experience especially when you are with the family.
