Modern decor. Conveniently located for teleferique and cable car, which are just across the road.

We got delayed in traffic but the reception staff made the effort to call my mobile and arrange for our key to be left in a lock box, which was much appreciated. Location is right opposite the teleferique and cable car. There is free covered parking. Sheets and towels were included in the price we paid, which isn't the case with other properties. Building and rooms have modern decor. The village of Vaujany is charming and although located on a steep mountain side, there are covered escalators for getting up and down, the first of these can be accessed from the rear of the property.

The indoor pool was a little bit cold, just needed to be 2-3 'C warmer. The steam room was not working during our stay, consequently the sauna was always busy in the evenings and difficult to get a space.

Good and big apartments with almost all you need for self catering. Perfect location and view. Nice staff.

There is check out control but not check in control. You have to pay 400 deposit for damages but the apartment, at least ours, had a lot of imperfections, very strange bathroom, with wallpapers and linoleum. No washbasin in the toilet. Spiders and small insects, probably cucarachas. You need to make the final cleaning or pay for it.

Highly Disappointed - Not Recommended

Close to the ski lift. Some nice restaurants around but not an awful lot which made it challenging when trying to get a table in the evening without a reservation. Pool and sauna were okay no issues there apart the fact that there was a single shower to serve the whole facility

Our stay at this hotel was disastrous from start to finish. Communication prior to booking was exceptionally poor, leading to numerous misunderstandings, especially when it came to payment. This lack of clarity set the tone for an unprofessional and frustrating experience. Upon arrival, the bedding was carelessly thrown next to the entrance door instead of being properly set up in the room. Additionally, some of the crockery was dirty yet placed in the clean area, which is simply unacceptable. We had a single toilet roll for the whole stay. The worst part was discovering we had to clean the room ourselves before checkout, including sanitizing the bathroom and cleaning the windows—tasks no hotel in the world should ever impose on guests. None of this was mentioned during booking, and we were later hit with an outrageous €100 cleaning fee, despite having been forced to clean the room ourselves. Overall, this was an unprofessional and highly disappointing experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

the bed is too hard. and maybe the old carpet on the floor of the hammam swimming pool etc is not such a good idea for germs.

Had a great holiday. Luckily great snow and weather so didn’t need to spend much time inside!

Great location. Have stayed 3 x before, last time in 2018. Good ski locker rooms and nice to have a swimming pool.

Our apartment wasn’t clean enough. The shower water wasn’t draining away. No decent oven to cook with. No draining board and very little food storage area. Outside in the corridor there was a water leak and a bucket for the drips. All week no one tidied up the corridor so piles of flaked paint and wet towels were on the carpet. No hoovering done all week even though I asked at reception. Staff not on reception a lot. Seemed to be a lack of care. We left the apartment cleaner and tidier than when we started our holiday. Disappointed this time with the standards and self catering facilities.

Zeer aangenaam, geen zorgen, uitstekende ligging.

Uitstekende ligging, op 100 meter van de skilift. Makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Goed uitgeruste accommodatie. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met Nederlandstalige ontvangst. De skilockers zijn gloednieuw, ruim en uitgerust met verwarming/drogers voor de schoenen. Ruime kamer. Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. Vrij veel parkeerplaatsen onder het gebouw.

Het zwembad is 's avonds open tot 19u, wat vrij kort is na een dagje skiën. De kamers en gangen zijn functioneel en tegelijk stilaan aan een opfrissing toe.

Ļoti pietrūka veļas mašīna, bet pārējais tiešām labi. Problēma ar sabiedrisko transportu, lai nokļūtu no kalna lejā, bet šeit tas nav saistīts ar apartamentiem

Agréable séjour avec vue sur la cascade

Très bon accueil dans l'établissement. L'appartement que nous avions choisi était très bruyant à cause du voisinage. La responsable nous a proposé un autre appartement plus petit et plus sombre mais rien d'autre n'était disponible et nous avons apprécié le calme mais surtout que l'on nous propose ce plan B. Sinon, notre semaine était gâchée.

La déco des appartements est un peu tristounette et il faudrait un rafraichissement. Mais je crois que c'est prévu.

L appartement était très bien et la vue sur la cascade de la Fare super. Bien situé dans Vaujany. Proche des commerces et parking souterrain gratuit.

Franchement, le séjour était agréable. On sent qu’avec quelques améliorations, ce sera encore mieux !

L’emplacement est super pratique et le personnel est vraiment sympa !

Une partie de la vaisselle est un peu vieillotte, les serviettes pourraient être renouvelées, et la literie mériterait d’être améliorée. Ce serait bien aussi d’avoir un kit de nettoyage de base.

Bien placé. Au calme. Personnel bien acceuillant.

Problème avec le lit supperposé. Diffficle de placer les draps, le matelas épais, donc cofortable mais en contact avec le cadre bois du lit empêche de placer les draps correctement.

Im vorhinein nicht klar ersichtlich, dass es nur eine Ferienwohnung ist. Sehr lange Fahrstrecke nach Alpe de Huez.
