Uma Sebatu Villa Ubud

I saw many reviews saying the hotel wasn’t clean, but that wasn’t my experience at all. The hotel was clean, and there weren’t any mosquitoes as some reviews mentioned. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. During my stay, I had to visit a dentist, and they personally took me there and looked after me. It truly felt like being with family. I was staying with a group, and those who tried the spa massage said it was absolutely amazing.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the town center, and there are only a few restaurant options nearby.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent, and the location was absolutely beautiful.

It’s understandable that the hotel doesn’t provide a hairdryer in every room, but I would recommend having a few extra available for guests. We booked around eight rooms, and once one hairdryer was taken, the others couldn’t get one. The breakfast was also quite basic and could be improved.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and massage was very good. We found private pool and two large units of special great value. We liked living by the rice fields with authentic county side experience.

Excellent with everything you need

It's a little far from the centre but perfect if you want tranquillity and it's close to the rice terraces, temples, etc.
